Donna has worked in administration since leaving school and has held a number of secretarial and personal assistant positions in her career, supporting solicitors, legal teams and executives in different sectors. She moved into administration and office management within education and training 10 years ago and has been responsible for reviewing, implementing and overseeing a wide range of administrative procedures and processes during that time. She joined N-Lighten in April 2020 and is the main administrative point of contact.
